Lindenwood Track and Field Competes at Bill Easton Invitational

The Lindenwood men and women's track and field teams competed at the Bill Easton Classic in Lawrence, Kansas this Saturday. Both teams were matched up against tough NCAA competition.

On the men's side, Mike Reynoso finished first in the second section with a time of 1:16 in the 600 yard run. Nick Orf would finish third in the flight one preliminary for the weight throw and fourth in flight two.

The Lady Lions had several athletes compete as well with Terah Fullman placing fourth in the one mile run in a time of 6:05. Natasha Mouratidou placed sixth in the weight throw while Claire Buckman placed seventh in the women's pole vault. Emily Fichtinger would wrap up the meet by placing second in shot put recording a throw distance of 9.67m.

The track and field program will travel to Warrensburg, Mo., to compete at the Central Missouri Invitational on Friday, Jan. 20.
