The Lindenwood track and field teams competed at the Central Missouri Invitational in Warrensburg, Mo. on Friday. Both teams battled against tough competition including Emporia State and Central Missouri.
On the women's side, Caitlin Howe recorded a 2:45 time in the 800m run while Ai Shinohora finished the one-mile run in 6:17. In the throw events, Emily Fichtinger posted a 9.82m throw in the shot put.
 
The men only had a select number of athletes competing during the meet. Ben McGraw finished ninth in the 3,000m run while Ethan Stack finished shortly behind in 9:31.
 
The Lindenwood track and field teams will travel to Missouri Southern to compete at the MSSU Lions Invitational in Joplin, Mo., on Jan. 27-28.
