Jodi Urhahn Receives NFCA First-Team All-Region Honor

Jodi Urhahn was an All-HAAC and All-Region selection this year.
Lindenwood softball player Jodi Urhahn was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association’s All-Midwest Region first-team this week. 

Urhahn, a third baseman, started 36 games for the Lady Lions this season and hit a team-best .387. She posted 43 hits, drove in 15 runs and scored 18 runs. She was tied for second on the team with eight stolen bases. Urhahn logged 13 games with two or more hits, and tied a career high with four hits in the team’s 10-3 win over Baker in the HAAC tournament quarterfinal series.

She ranked second in the HAAC with a .475 batting average in conference play, and eighth overall in batting average. In the field, the Oran, Mo. native logged a fielding percentage of .959 with just three errors in 74 chances.
 
Urhahn was part of a Lindenwood squad that won the HAAC regular season championship for the first time since 2002.

Garrett  Reeg
Men's Basketball
Garrett Reeg helped the Lindenwood men's basketball team go 3-0 last week over Webster, McKendree and Lincoln. Reeg recorded double-figure points in all three games including a 14-point mark against Webster as well as McKendree. In three games, Reeg shot 68 percent from the field and 100 percent from the free-throw line while posting 19 total rebounds. 
Shauna Isbell
Women's Wrestling
Shauna Isbell captured the first individual championship for women's wrestling in the 130 pound division at the 2012 Women's College Wrestling Association National Tournament. This was the first women's collegiate wrestling national championship for both Isbell and Lindenwood. She won twice by pin-fall and three times by decision.
