Nine Lindenwood student-athletes were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2009-10 winter season.

Women's basketball was the leading Lindenwood program with three players receiving this honor in Renata Moleta, Kelly Albers, and Cassie Williams.

Others receiving this award were wrestlers Jake Johnson and Kenneth Martin, women's swimmers Jessica Lau and Kailey Weiss, men's swimmer Aaron Saule, and men's basketball player Shane Williams.

In order to be named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a person must be nominated by their head coach, have a 3.50 GPA, and have achieved junior academic status.
