Roller Hockey Wins Three Games Over the Weekend

The Lindenwood roller hockey was back in action this weekend and they continued right where they left off with a three wins over Michigan State 4-3, Buffalo 5-2 and Central Michigan, 6-4.

In the first game of the weekend the Lions got two goals and an assist from junior Michael Inouye to help lead Lindenwood to a win over the Michigan State Spartans.

The Lions finished Saturday with a 5-2 win over Buffalo. Sophomore Joe D’Amico scored a pair of goals and Inouye scored his third goal of the day.

On Sunday, the Lions took on Central Michigan and once again Inouye netted a goal to give him a total of four over the weekend. Joe Colmo started in the net for the Lions against Central Michigan and got the win.

Shauna Isbell
Women's Wrestling
Shauna Isbell captured the first individual championship for women's wrestling in the 130 pound division at the 2012 Women's College Wrestling Association National Tournament. This was the first women's collegiate wrestling national championship for both Isbell and Lindenwood. She won twice by pin-fall and three times by decision. 
Garrett  Reeg
Men's Basketball
Garrett Reeg helped the Lindenwood men's basketball team go 3-0 last week over Webster, McKendree and Lincoln. Reeg recorded double-figure points in all three games including a 14-point mark against Webster as well as McKendree. In three games, Reeg shot 68 percent from the field and 100 percent from the free-throw line while posting 19 total rebounds.
