Women's Golf End Fall Season With Third-Place Finish

Claudia Rojas finished fifth at the Mobile Fall Classic.
The Lady Lions golf team concluded its fall season by finishing third at the Mobile Fall Classic. Lindenwood shot rounds of 328 and 329 at the event and finished two shots shy of a runner-up showing.
Claudia Rojas led the team in round one by breaking 80 with a 79. Marcella Ax paced the Lady Lions in round two with an 80. Those two golfers had Top-10 individual finishes in the final standings as Rojas was fifth with a 161 and Ax was sixth with a 162.

Grace Weber tied for 11th with a 165, Emily Tebow was tied for 18th with a 169, and Katrina Walker tied for 22nd with a 172.

Cory Spradling
Men's Ice Hockey
Cory Spradling was named the tournament MVP for the Lindenwood men's ice hockey as it won its second straight national title. Spradling scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 victory over Iowa State in the championshp game. He also scored twice in a 4-0 semifinal victory over Central Oklahoma.
Mandy Dion
Women's Ice Hockey
Mandy Dion helped the Lady Lions ice hockey team win its third straight national championship and was named MVP of the tournament. She scored 11 goals in five games at the national event and had three hat tricks.
