The Lindenwood women's tennis team fell on Friday afternoon to Central Oklahoma, 9-0.
Gloria Marras fell just short of picking up a victory at No. 2 singles, falling in a third-set tiebreaker 10-8. Marras lost in the first set 6-3 before coming back to pick up the second set 7-5.
The No. 2 doubles pairing of
Sarah Sharpe and
Daria Ivanova put up a fight as the pair fell 8-5 to Central Oklahoma's Alina Gorina and Petra Pesic.
The Lady Lions will continue their Oklahoma road trip by traveling to Northeastern State tomorrow. The meet is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
