Lindenwood University announced today that season tickets are on sale for the 2010 football season. The season ticket package is good for five regular season home games, including the first ever Thursday night game in school history on Sept. 2 against Evangel.
The 21st season of Lindenwood football promises to be one of its most exciting, as the Lions look to build off last year's appearance in the NAIA National Championship game. After the home opener against Evangel, Lindenwood will be back in action at Hunter Stadium on Sept. 18 against nationally-ranked Missouri Valley. Other home games include an Oct. 2 contest against Avila, the Oct. 16 Homecoming tilt against Culver-Stockton, and Senior Day on Nov. 6 against Graceland.
The best value for season tickets is buying the family pack which gives you four tickets to every home game for $64. Other season tickets are a couples package for $48, an adult season ticket for $30, and a student season ticket for $10. Football season pass members will also receive a VIP parking pass.
Single-game tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for students. Current Lindenwood students receive free admission to games, as do Lindenwood employees and their family members. Lindenwood is also offering senior citizens and Lindenwood alumni a 50 percent discount off of an adult ticket.
To purchase your season tickets, call the Lindenwood Athletics Department at 636-949-4953. Single-game tickets can be purchased at the Hunter Stadium ticket office on game days.
