Men's Volleyball Takes Two Losses In Colorado
The Lindenwood men’s volleyball team was swept in a two-match series over the weekend in Denver, Colo. versus Johnson & Wales. The Lions scored more points over the weekend but lost both contests by 3-1 scores.

In the opener, Lindenwood fell 35-33, 31-29, 21-30, 33-31. Mike Warren led the team with 18 kills and a .343 hitting percentage. Taylor Morrill was second on the team with 16 kills. Mike Larson had team-highs with 48 assists, two aces, and 11 digs, and Mike Emerick also had 11 digs. Matt Schmack had a team-high six blocks.

In the second match, the Lions lost 30-28, 32-30, 18-30, 30-21. Warren again led the team with 13 kills and Tyler Dolph was in double-figures with 10. Other team leaders were Larson with 36 assists, Emerick with 16 digs and Luke Knowlson with seven blocks.

Lindenwood falls to 16-10 overall and 6-5 in MAMVIC West action. The Lions play their final conference contest on Tuesday against Missouri Valley.

Garrett  Reeg
Men's Basketball
Garrett Reeg helped the Lindenwood men's basketball team go 3-0 last week over Webster, McKendree and Lincoln. Reeg recorded double-figure points in all three games including a 14-point mark against Webster as well as McKendree. In three games, Reeg shot 68 percent from the field and 100 percent from the free-throw line while posting 19 total rebounds. 
Shauna Isbell
Women's Wrestling
Shauna Isbell captured the first individual championship for women's wrestling in the 130 pound division at the 2012 Women's College Wrestling Association National Tournament. This was the first women's collegiate wrestling national championship for both Isbell and Lindenwood. She won twice by pin-fall and three times by decision.
