Lion Shooter Takes First-Place At Bahama Mama Championship
Feb. 15, 2009- Lindenwood shooter Jake Wallace won the International Trap competition this weekend at the Bahama Mama Championships.

Wallace finished with a final score of 113 out of 125 shots. He trailed by three shots after the first-round but took over the lead with a perfect second round. He then shot rounds of 21, 24 and 22 to win the event by three birds.

Teammate Dan Stokes finished sixth overall with a score of 103. Chad Hafer hit 90 birds and finished first in the C Class.

In International Skeet, Ali Chiang finished sixth overall and was the Ladies Champion. She had four rounds of 23, one of 24, and one of 22, and won the women's title by 10 shots. Former Lion and Olympian Sean McLelland won the overall title in that event with a total score of 122 out of 125.

Shauna Isbell
Women's Wrestling
Shauna Isbell captured the first individual championship for women's wrestling in the 130 pound division at the 2012 Women's College Wrestling Association National Tournament. This was the first women's collegiate wrestling national championship for both Isbell and Lindenwood. She won twice by pin-fall and three times by decision. 
Garrett  Reeg
Men's Basketball
Garrett Reeg helped the Lindenwood men's basketball team go 3-0 last week over Webster, McKendree and Lincoln. Reeg recorded double-figure points in all three games including a 14-point mark against Webster as well as McKendree. In three games, Reeg shot 68 percent from the field and 100 percent from the free-throw line while posting 19 total rebounds.
