Lady Lions Win Key Final HAAC Game
Nina Caputa (2009)
Nina Caputa scored the games only goal.
In the final conference game of the year for the Lindenwood Lady Lion soccer team, they beat the Missouri Valley Vikings, 1-0. The win could go a long way for the Lady Lions playing in the HAAC tournament next week.

The Lady Lions and the Vikings played a scoreless first half and in the 61st minute Nina Caputa scored the games only goal.

Lindenwood freshman goalie Jessica Morelli stopped everything the Vikings shot at her and recorded her second shutout of the year.

Up next for the Lady Lions is their final home game of the year Wednesday night against Bethel College at 8:00 p.m.
